The Friendship Group donate hundreds of knitted Poppies to Thurcroft Memorial Garden

Thurcroft Veterans Association, in a heartwarming gesture of appreciation, presented a letter of thanks and a delightful refreshments hamper to The Friendship Group. This heartfelt recognition is extended in gratitude for their remarkable effort in knitting hundreds of Poppies for this year's Remembrance Parade.

The Poppies, a symbol of remembrance and honour, will be prominently showcased in Thurcroft Memorial Garden, allowing the entire community to pay their respects and remember the sacrifices of our heroes. This beautiful display stands as a poignant tribute to those who served and continue to serve our country with unwavering dedication.
